An established law firm is hiring an Immigration Attorney in West Valley, 84119. This is a permanent “Direct Hire” position. Compensation is commensurate with legal experience. Pay is up to $105,00.00 + benefits + pay increases + bonus.

About the law firm: This is a small but well established law firm with a very professional environment. Support staff for attorneys includes seasoned paralegal, legal assistant and clerical support. Immigration cases are broad and range from family based Visa to prior complex immigration issues such as immigration violations, etc.

About the position: Prepare various legal documents for immigration purposes; U.S. visas either immigrant (for permanent residency) or nonimmigrant (for temporary stays), VISA EB-1, VISA EB-2, VISA EB-3, EB-4, etc. H-1B visa, Adoption, F1 visa & B@ VIsa students. Assist with cases involving: Deportation and Detention, Family Sponsorship, Adjustment of Status, etc.

Minimum Requirements
Must be admitted to practice in Utah
Bilingual is strongly preferred
