An established law firm is hiring a Paralegal in Orlando, 32801. This is a permanent position offering full time hours. Starting pay is up to $65,000.00 + Benefits

Salary may be negotiated for applicants with workers compensation/labor & employment history.

About the law firm: The firm offers medical, dental, vision, IRA and PTO. The firm is focused on Workers Compensation and Consumer Law and has been recognized as an AV Rated law firm. We are a friendly group with a professional environment w/ a balance between work and personal.

About the position: The litigation paralegal will focus on Workers’ Compensation claims. Duties will include some presuit support, litigation, discovery and trial prep. Paralegals should have experience preparing various legal documents, Florida E-FIle, scheduling etc. The Paralegal will work closely with a trial attorney and legal assistant who handles the majority of scheduling. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred.

Minimum Requirements
3+ years Litigation
Must know how to E-FIle (Florida)
Strong organization skills
