A small law firm is hiring a Receptionist in Longwood, 32779. This is a long term project offering full time hours. The position pays up to $20.00/hr and will provide paid training.
About the law firm: This is a boutique law firm with one attorney handling criminal defense legal cases. The attorney represents a range of cases ranging from traffic/DUI defense, white collar crime and other misdemeanor or felony type legal cases.
About the position: Answer phones and assist with client intake. Gather supporting documents (police reports, medical records, etc) for attorney to make his case. Greet visitors as they arrive for their scheduled meetings. Learn how to E-File legal documents with Florida Court systems. Learn how to schedule hearings, mediations and depositions. The ideal applicant will have an interest in the legal field or a degree in legal studies or similar (paralegal certificate or NALA cert). A degree is not required.
Minimum Requirements
Articulate with strong communication skills
Intermediate computer skills
1+ year professional employment
