An established law firm is hiring a Litigation Paralegal in Fort Lauderdale, 33316. This is a permanent “Direct Hire” placement. Pay is up to $78,000.00 with regular pay increases. The position offers full time hours + benefits + flexible schedule.
About the law firm: The law firm has been open and operating for over a decade and focused on insurance defense; complex business litigation, construction & construction defect law. The firm has approximately 35 attorneys as well an awesome team of legal assistants, paralegals and clerks. The firm allows you to pick your own work schedule/hours! About the position: We are seeking an experienced litigation paralegal. The ideal candidate will have insurance defense or construction/construction defect experience but it is not required. Strong civil litigation skills; case management, Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and discovery responses. Review and analyze construction contracts, subcontracts, expert reports, and related documentation. Applicants with real estate or title & escrow experience with some civil lit are also encouraged to apply.
