An established real estate portfolio management company is hiring an Entry Level Accounting Clerk in Bay Harbor, 33154. This is a permanent position offering part time hours. Pay is between $18.00 – $22.00/hr
Schedule: We are offering approx 20-30 hours per week. You may choose your days/hours to work but the ideal candidate will be available Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. No evenings. No weekends.

About the position: This role reports to the Bookkeeper in a small quiet office. Duties will include providing administrative and clerical support to the bookkeeper; downloading documents, scanning, basic research, etc. Additionally this role will eventually assist with entry level accounting tasks such as creating invoices or posting payments.
Minimum Requirements
2+ years of professional employment
Intermediate computer skills
Organized w/ a strong attention to detail
Strong communication skills
