The position: We are seeking a litigation paralegal with insurance defense experience. We will consider a plaintiff paralegal with extensive litigation or trial experience. Paralegals or Legal Assistant with First Party Property, Third Party Property Insurance Defense, Extra Contractual and Liability background are strongly encouraged to apply.
Minimum Requirements
3+ years of litigation experience
Experience drafting legal documents
Experience and knowledge of the Federal Court CM/ECF system
